Join us as we celebrate the love of JAWS through the eyes of the fans

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Steven Spielberg’s screen adaptation of Peter Benchley’s JAWS, Ross Williams (founder of The Daily Jaws) has recorded a series of interviews with famous fans, filmmakers, shark experts and those involved in making the movie. The definitive series of conversations about the greatest movie ever made, this is TDJ’s most ambitious project to date and we thank everyone for their time, energy and most of all for keeping it secret. Enjoy! .

Support

As well as celebrating JAWS, the series will be highlighting the incredible work of one of our favourite shark conservation organisations, Minorities in Shark Science (MISS) and the Tourette Association of America, an organization very close to the heart of JAWS actor Jeffrey Kramer.

MISS

MISS provides a community and funded opportunities for gender minorities of color who wish to enter the field of marine and shark sciences. We fundraise and apply for grants to create paid opportunities for our members such as camps, fellowships, and collaborative research programs.

Tourette Association of America

Founded in 1972, the Tourette Association of America (formerly known as the Tourette Syndrome Association) is the only national organization serving the community, and works to raise awareness, advance research, and provide ongoing support to patients and families impacted by Tourette Syndrome and Tic Disorders. The mission of the Tourette Association of America is to provide help and hope to those affected by Tourette Syndrome, Tic Disorders and associated conditions through Awareness, Research, and Support.
